Our team was hosted by young Rajko Lucić from Orašac. He is positive, smiling and very wise for his age. Although most of his school friends left the village, this guy still chose the agricultural route. He raises cows and sheep, and in order to feed them he cultivates 17ha of his land.
This farmer starts every day at 5 in the morning, when he settles the cows and sheep, followed by a series of obligations that complete an ordinary farmer’s day. Although he has a large number of cows and sheep, with good organization and effort Rajko achieves everything. Sometimes it happens that the obligations last long into the night, but this guy doesn’t complain.
After explaining how he raises cows and how he raises sheep, Rajko discovered who gets the milk they get on a daily basis. They get about 180 liters of milk a day, which they give to larger dairies that are engaged in the production of dairy products.
In addition to taking care of cows and sheep, Rajko also has five dogs, which keep sheep and are very attached to them.
