With the +1 Education Model, the cultural and trade hands of the future are trained

Approximately 2,700 foreign students coming to SUB from 76 countries adapt to daily life by learning Turkish, Turkish and Turkish culture at the Sakarya Language Education Center (SADEM) in the Arifiye district of the former university.

Students who complete their 8-month education here, then complete their undergraduate education in different faculties and centers of the university.

With the “+1 Education Model” brought to life by SUB, students who get a job opportunity in the companies where they do their internship can be promoted to the managerial position after their graduation.

Stating that the number of foreign students will reach 3,000 by the end of the academic year, Sarbyk said that 800 of them received language education at SADEM.

Stating that they also give importance to culture while giving language education, Sarbyk said, “We are aware of our responsibility as a country that welcomes students from our daily geography and many countries of the world. We will fulfill some of this by either going there or teaching them here and sending them back. It was extremely important for our students to come here.” he residence.

Currently, we have students from 76 countries. They form groups in different units. When a student enters the class, he will make friends from dozens of countries. In the future, when his school is over, he will have a friend, brother, and friend from every country behind him. This is also important for our Turkish students. Because there will be students from every country like the United Nations (UN) at his school, I consider this a unique opportunity.”
