How to get back to work after a vacation

  • Integrate into work processes gradually. You can plan to end your vacation on Thursday, then you will have a whole weekend to slowly get used to the usual rhythm of life.

Thanks to the strict alternation of work and rest, a person is able to quickly and efficiently solve the accumulated problems.

It is important to remember that the work will not “collapse” while you rest, but may lose quality or even meaning to you if you do not take a break. Even a favorite thing can turn into a stream of hateful tasks if it takes up all your life time.

At the same time, the opportunity to travel, spend time with family and friends, devote time to personal hobbies and hobbies – these are exactly the ultimate goals for which you work.
