In addition, Veronica said there was a change in the rhythm of time felt by individuals during the weekend. And this is like bedtime and wake-up time, which is said to affect the body clock at the beginning of the weekdays or on Mondays.
“Maybe on weekends, individuals think they want to repay the lack of sleep on weekdays, so they choose to get more sleep,” he continued.
“However, although an individual’s sleep time is quite sufficient on the weekend, this can occur when on Monday, as the body does not want to wake up, and wants to sleep longer,” he concluded.
