Intercession loaf

For the dough:

  • Dry yeast – 1 pack.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Milk – 1 tbsp.
  • Flour – 1-5 – 2 kg.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Butter – 100 g.
  • Sour cream – 0.5 cups.

For filling:

  • Cabbage – 0.5 heads.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • Dill – 1 bunch.
  • Boiled eggs – 3-4 pcs.

Knead the yeast dough (important: add the yeast to the flour) and leave for 2 hours. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion. Fry onions with cabbage and carrots for 10 minutes in vegetable oil, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, a few tablespoons of water and simmer under the lid for another 10 minutes. At the end add finely chopped boiled eggs.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one part, lay out in a baking dish, forming the sides. Lay out the filling, use the second part for decoration. The most popular way is to cut the dough into strips and lay out crosswise. Anoint the loaf with beaten egg white, let the cake stand for 10-15 minutes. Bake 30-40 at a temperature of 180 ° C.

For opari:

  • Milk – 300 ml.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Wheat flour – 6 tbsp.
  • Dry yeast – 11 g.

For the test:

  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Sunflower oil – 130 ml.
  • Wheat flour – 450 g.

For filling:

  • Cabbage – 1/2 head.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.

Peel an onion, cut, fry until golden. Grate the carrots, add to the onion, fry for another 2 minutes. Chop cabbage, salt, pepper, add to onions and carrots, stew until cooked.

Dilute the yeast in warm milk, add all the ingredients for the paste. Knead the dough and leave for half an hour. Beat eggs with salt, pour into the mash. Add vegetable oil, knead the dough, gradually adding flour.

Divide the dough into two parts and leave for half an hour. Sprinkle flour on the surface, roll out the dough. Lay out the filling on the bottom, put the second layer of dough on top and sew the edges. Grease the cake with milk and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.

Vegetable salad “Green”

  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Green apple – 1 pc.
  • Cabbage – 200 gr.
  • Sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Leek – 1 pc.
  • Celery – 100 g.
  • Wine vinegar – for the marinade.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Olive oil.
  • Parsley, dill – to taste.
  • Salt, sugar, pepper – to taste.

Cut red onion into half rings, marinate in wine vinegar, add sugar, salt and pepper, leave for two hours. All other ingredients cut into half rings, rings or cubes – if desired. On a large plate lay out the filling in layers: cabbage, peppers, apples, celery, leeks, pickled onions. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill on top.

Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, salt, pepper, leave for 30 minutes to soak the salad.
