One of the points of the agreement is the raising of the maximum limit of the area of arable agricultural land from 20 hectares, prescribed for exercising the right to basic incentives for crop production, to 100 hectares, starting from January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Law on the Distribution of Incentives in Agriculture and rural development.
The abolition of 50 percent of the drainage fee for the current year and the abolition of the drainage fee entirely from January 1, 2024 are also in the document.
