Wetälk, solution that allows to humanize the automated digital relationship through AI with products and services in any digital environment, has been proclaimed startup winner of the “IV Edition of the Marketing, Advertising and Communication Entrepreneurship Awards”, organized by the FEDE- Agencies of Spain, whose objective is to reward the most innovative and original project in marketing, advertising and communication.

Founded in 2019 by Jose Maria Pujol, Silvia Hispano, Alfonso Gutierrez and Gonzalo Moure, Wetälk transform any conversational artificial intelligence in real time into emotional intelligence with non-verbal human expressions.

Born as a need to respond to current digital human interfaces that still lack emotional expression synchronized with the AI ​​conversation, this generates a robotic sensation that prevents the creation of trustworthy and empathic digital relationships with users. This lack of real-time empathy with users dramatically affects the quality of the experience and the profitability of millions of interactions.

The ceremony ended with a toast for the X Anniversary just completed from the independent agencies section.
