Thanks to the wccftech.com server, the specifications of the new Ryzens 7 5800 and 9 5900, which will use Zen 3 microarchitectures and offer 65W TDP, have leaked to the web.
The Ryzen 7 5800 will be an eight-core processor with support for 16 threads and 32 MB L3 cache. The basic clock of this chip will be 3.4 GHz and the Boost frequency will jump to 4.6 GHz. The second processor, the Ryzen 9 5900, will offer twelve physical cores, twice the virtual threads, 24, 64 GB L3 cache and 24 MB L2 cache.
For this chip, AMD set the fundamental frequency to 3.0 GHz, and in Boost, the clock speed will increase to 4.7 GHz. Both processors have a TDP of 65 W, which is much less than the TDP of 105 W for the Ryzen 5 800X models, resp. 5900X.
We remind you again that both new processors will not appear in over-the-counter sales, but only in OEM kits, which is quite a shame.
