Slovak volleyball players successfully entered the fights in the first of two qualification tournaments to advance to the European Championship 2021.

In the Montenegrin Podgorica, they defeated Finland 3: 1 in the D-group on Friday. Coach Marco Fenogli’s charges are still waiting for the weekend of the duel with Kosovo and home Montenegro (Sunday, 8 pm).

The group has two seats in play for the European Championship, which will take place from 18 August to 4 September this year in Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania.

Slovak volleyball players will fight for a total of eleventh participation in the European Championship and the eighth in a row.
