Today browser developers Vivaldi, which above all takes into account the privacy of the user, together with the launch of version 4.0 of the browser, announced the launch of the first public beta of its Vivaldi Mail email client, which works integrated into the same browser.

According to the founder and CEO of Vivaldi, Jon von Tetzchner, in addition to taking into account the privacy of the users, this email client helps the user to organize their email, conversations and distribution lists.

Vivaldi Mail automatically detects distribution lists and mail threads, to automatically categorize emails to facilitate their search, through a powerful search engine.

The user interface is made up of 3 panels showing: Accounts and Folders, Email received by folder, and a preview of the selected email. This is the default design, but if you want you can change it to your liking from the browser Settings.

This new web email client supports IMAP and POP3. It also allows you to import emails from Opera M2 and they are working to be able to import mail from other email clients, as well as continuing to develop new functions that they will integrate as they are completed.

Vivaldi browser users can start using the email client from the browser Settings. Once they enter the configuration, they select General and activate the email client.

If you still don’t use the Vivaldi browser and want to try it, like the new email client, when you install it, you select the full browser installation option.
