As reported in the Main Directorate of the National Police in Odessa region, the accident occurred on the evening of August 2 on the route Odessa-Reni.

“VAZ and Hyundai cars collided near the village of Rozselenets, four people were injured,” the head office said.

According to preliminary information, the accident happened when “VAZ” drove into the oncoming lane. As a result of collision the driver and two passengers of “VAZ”, and also the passenger of Hyundai were injured. They are all hospitalized.

Police are currently establishing the full circumstances of the incident.

The issue of entering information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations is being resolved.
