Forestry company UPM-Kymmene subsidiary Raflatac has received a German AMC AG:n to the completion of the acquisition, UPM’s press release states. The deal was announced in May.
According to the release, with the acquisition, UPM Raflatac accelerates its growth and expands its product range to new sticker product areas. At the same time, its position in Central Europe is strengthened. UPM also expects significant synergy benefits from the deal.

AMC AG employs more than 300 people and has two production facilities in northern Germany.
