The announcement about PrendeTV two weeks after the closing of our Univision acquisition highlights our focus and commitment to rapidly driving transformation and growth of the company. Our audience does not have access to anything like PrendeTV today, and it will completely change the environment of streaming video in Spanish-language media in the United States.”.

Davis also added the following “With the launch of PrendeTV we focused on offering new ways for our advertisers to reach the Hispanic audience in the United States and, most importantly, TakesTV will be a crucial aspect of our strategy to increase the reach of our commercial alliances with our main distributors”.
