DAPURPACU – As subsidies from the Government are being issued, many electric motorized two-wheeled vehicle industry players in Indonesia are competing to achieve the main requirement for getting this ‘vitamin’.
This has led to an increasingly attractive and competitive competitive landscape, especially in the electric motorcycle market. PT Terang Dunia Internusa (TDI) is no exception, as the holder of the United E-Motor brand.
As is known, PT TDI has launched various models of environmentally friendly vehicles for the national automotive market, one of which is the TX-1800 type.
This innovative, futuristic design model is claimed to have been optimally designed for potential customers who want high performance at an affordable price.
United E-Motor Head of Division, Awan Setiawan explained that his party continues to strive to offer the best products in each market segment, through a series of products that have been launched.
If consumers prioritize performance, the TX-3000 can be the best choice. then for consumers who want an electric motorbike at an economical price, the T-1800 and MX-1200 are the right choice.
“Meanwhile, the TX-1800 is the most performing type as well as value for money,” said Awan, in a written statement, Wednesday (10/5).
He explained that being in the segment category with a “medium” price tag, physically the TX-1800 has a similar design to one of Yamaha’s Maxi scooters, namely the NMax.
In terms of price, PT TDI bought the Jakarta OTR price of IDR 33.9 million for the TX-1800, or IDR 16 million cheaper than the TX-3000 type and only IDR 3.4 million more expensive than the T-1800.
However, various advantages are pinned on the TX-1800. In fact, it is claimed that all these advantages are close to the specifications attached to the TX-3000.
Awan also revealed that consumers in Indonesia are increasingly critical in choosing products. They take into account the price and calculate what benefits are obtained.
“This actually benefits us, for example the TX-1800 is one of the most popular types because it takes into account aspects of price, specifications, performance, appearance and brand trust,” he added.
United E-Motor Sales Supervisor, Yandi Sosiandi added, market interest in the TX-1800 is claimed to be relatively high. This is proven by the satisfaction level of potential customers after they try it (test ride).
“After examining the physical condition, they are more confident that the TX-1800 has good build quality. The hydraulic system on the seat hinges, a wider trunk and fit for a helmet are added values.”
“Moreover, this electric motor is already connected to the U-Key application,” closed Yandi, when met at the Alam Sutera Authorized Store, South Tangerang, Banten.
The TX-1800 is equipped with 2,000 watts of power and a 60V 28Ah lithium battery. With this configuration, this motorbike easily bulldozes inclines at speeds of up to 75 km/hour.
On paper, this electric scooter delivers up to 106 Nm of torque at 100 rpm engine speed, which is ideal for devouring the character of urban roads and inclines in the mountains.
In full battery conditions can cover a distance of up to 65 km. With the same design as the TX-3000, consumers can upgrade one more battery.
That way the mileage is boosted up to 120 km for a single battery charge. This mileage is the same as on the TX-3000. [dp/TH]
