The purchase fee shall be collected in cash or by any other means of payment, and the executive regulations of this law shall specify the rules for calculating the fee in a manner that does not exceed the specified maximum limit and the conditions for exemption from paying it in whole or in part.
In turn, Mohamed Ismail, head of the “Medical Supplies Division” in the Chamber of Commerce in Cairo, said that medical supplies companies have had arrears since last March, and that they are demanding the Single Purchase Authority to pay them in order to be able to complete their supplies to the authority.
