However, this is how noise cancellation works in the headset, simply destroying all extraneous sounds. The voice itself is legible, and the interlocutor perfectly understands what you are saying.

Here’s an example of a Poly microphone recording with simulated call center noise. Yes, the background is picked up, but it does not interfere with the speech in any way.

Here is another example of a recording that simulates the sounds of an airport or train station. In this case, the background sound is even louder, but in reality I could not even hear myself.

From observations: sounds coming closer to the microphone “choke” harder. Therefore, knowing this nuance, place the microphone so that it “looks” towards the maximum noise.

Auto-adjusting the voice volume level works fine. You can either speak in a whisper or switch to higher tones – the level will be approximately the same, without distortion, even in the case of a shout.
