Two Russians and a Ukrainian attempted to break into a weapons factory

As the Ministry of Defense of Albania announced a while ago, late on Saturday afternoon two Russian nationals and a woman from Ukraine, aged between 33 and 34, attempted to break into a weapons factory in the city of Gramsi in central Albania.

When their movements were noticed by the factory’s security men, the attackers used chemical substances, as a result of which two guards were injured and taken to the hospital.

The three attackers were arrested and are being questioned.

The causes and purposes of the incident have not been made known.
