A man named Jogesh died at Khansama in Dinajpur after being infected with corona. On the other hand, Ferdous Jahangir Manik, a former footballer of Dinajpur Sports Association, died on Saturday afternoon with corona symptoms.

A man named Jogesh died at Hasimpur Serupara in Goaldihi union of Khansama upazila after being infected with corona. He died on Thursday, July 2, from fever, cold, cough and shortness of breath. On the other hand, Ferdous Jahangir Maniker (60), a former Tukhor footballer, died of corona in Patuapara of Dinajpur city on Saturday afternoon. He was suffering from fever and shortness of breath for the last 3/4 days. The health department has collected samples after his death today, said Golam Nabi Dulal, president of the Dinajpur District Football Association and general secretary of the Dinajpur Press Club.
