This year, BRImo will again strengthen its features and service ecosystem by collaborating with leading financial technology (Fintech) partners in Indonesia.

“In 2022, BRI has prepared interesting features. Several ecosystems will be integrated into the BRImo application by collaborating with several major fintechs in Indonesia. Later this ecosystem feature will add a new attraction for BRImo users to increase transactions. In the future, some of BRImo’s business concerns are increasing use cases, daily needs transactions and of course also providing social impact,” he said.

Handayani said the features that have been a mainstay for customers are Digital Saving, BRImo Registration, Fast Menu, Cardless Cash Withdrawal and Personal Financial Management. The killer feature seems to be the most frequently used feature of BRImo users.

Furthermore, BRImo will be further developed to become a financial supermarket. This application, said Handayani, can offer a holistic solution for customers. “The development of BRImo aims to make this digital banking service a financial supermarket that provides ticketing facilities, game vouchers and other services. In addition, we will continue to increase engagement through improving customer experience by implementing integrated payments and partnerships,” said Handayani.

To support digital innovation, BRI has prepared an IT Capital Expenditure (Capex) of IDR 4.5 trillion this year. This Capex value has increased compared to 2021 which was Rp. 3.5 trillion.
