After a few months of hiatus due to unexpected success, the Toyota GR Yaris is again available to order on the French market! The price of the sporty city car of 261 hp remains fixed at 35,600 €.
Good news : the GR Yaris is back in the catalog ! Toyota has just announced the reopening of orders as of June 22, 2021.
If it had not really disappeared from the range, the supercharged city car was Victim of his own success and was no longer available for several months. Indeed, while Toyota had initially planned only 70 copies for the French market, some 55 orders were finally registered, despite a penalty of over € 6,000 in 2020 and € 7,800 in 2021.
Caught off guard by this tidal wave, the Japanese firm therefore had to close its reservation book. Momentarily only because production of the GR Yaris will finally be ensured for the whole of 2021. The price remains unchanged but the penalty will increase

The 261 hp four-wheel drive bombinette (1.6L three-cylinder turbo, 360 Nm, BVM6) is still invoiced from € 35,600 in Premium Pack version (GPS, head-up display, eight-speaker audio system, front and rear parking sensors, etc.) or 37 600 € en version Track (two limited slip differentials, forged rims, circuit suspension, red brake calipers…).
On the other hand, those that will be delivered in 2022 will have to deal with a more substantial penalty, of just over € 10,000 …
