Top watchmaker Luumi brought the 3DMark Time Spy Extreme world record to Finland

Plum now holds both the Time Spy Extreme record run last October, regardless of the number of GPUs, and the recent single GPU record.

Juhani Luumi, who will maintain Finland’s reputation as a country of top watchmakers in 2022, has achieved a new top result on his belt at the end of a long press. This time, the man’s placard slammed into a world record in the Time Spy Extreme test on a single GPU.

The new world record in UL Benchmarks ’3DMark Time Spy Extreme test is 14,619 points. The fact that the record is a paltry 10 points better than the result of the Greek OGS and that the result of the western neighbor Rauf, who is in third place, is only 37 points behind, says a lot about the tight competition. According to Lumi, the record hunt took more than half a year.

The new 3DMark record was driven by EVGA’s GeForce RTX 3090 Kingpin graphics card and Intel’s Xeon W-3175X processor, backed by a total of 96GB of memory. In the tests, the processor was overclocked to run at a clock frequency of 5002 MHz for all 28 cores and the memories were running at DDR4-3466 with 14-14-14-28 1T settings. The main star RTX 3090 was overclocked in the test for the graphics circuit to a clock frequency of 2790 MHz with memories operating at 23.1 Gbps.

According to Luumi’s commands, this may well be the last record with GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards, as new GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics cards with a more robust circuit configuration will be launched later this month.
