Doctor Calm works on the VKontakte social network. Using ten tests, he conducts psychological diagnostics. Based on the responses, the bot determines the user’s stress level, analyzes his mood, the level of emotional burnout and determines the likelihood of depression. The bot then gives short tips on how to deal with the anxiety conditions. The development will tell you if the user needs special psychological help and specialist advice.

The bot psychologist’s recommendations are compiled in accordance with the ethical code of Russian psychologists and international standards of psychological counseling. The selection of psychodiagnostic material was supervised by professional psychologists and teachers of TSU.

According to the authors of the project, the main task is to help people who find themselves in a difficult life situation and do not have the opportunity to go for a consultation with a specialist. Anyone with a page on VKontakte can use the bot.
