And fifth, report it to the authorities or social media platforms used to commit crimes,” he explained.
Basuki further said that information about employee recruitment is always communicated openly through the website www.pegadaian.co.id, carried out by professional consultants or through the Indonesian Ministry of BUMN Human Capital Forum (FHCI-KBUMN).
“More than that, every employee recruitment process at PT Pegadaian is free of charge. So if there are parties who ask to transfer money for transportation, accommodation or other costs, they should be ignored or reported to the authorities,” Basuki explained.
Currently PT Pegadaian’s employees number 13,400 permanent employees and 18,300 outsourced employees. Pegadaian’s operations are supported by 4,086 outlets, 627 ultra-micro service centers, and 32,886 active agents.
