TietoEvry won Hus’ 24 million IT deal – that’s how the competition ended

The Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (Hus) acquires devops services from TietoEvry.

The expert work to be acquired will focus on Hus’ Tietoallas service. It is a solution that brings together data and data metadata from different source systems, including patient information systems. The data pool is used, for example, to generate corona data for THL’s national monitoring system.

The data pool service has been provided since 2019 to Sote in Central Uusimaa and since 2020 to Eksote (South Karelia Social and Health District), Kymsote (Kymenlaakso Association of Social and Health Services) and PHHYKY (Päijät-Häme Welfare Group).

Hus will have three teams of experts from TietoEvry, two of which will focus on developing the Data Pool and building integrations. The third team, on the other hand, provides expert services related to monitoring and control.
