THL acquired a coron passport inspection application without a tender – the deal went to the developer of Koronavilku

The National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) has procured the corona certificate inspection application as a direct acquisition without a tender. It turns out Tivin with a request for information from the procurement decision, signed by THL on 14 July.
