The villa called Dune House is inspired by the Narew River, which flows directly below this architectural gem. Architect Przemek Olczyk from the Mobius Architekci studio placed it on a slope and designed an arched line, thus copying this river.

The villa covers an area of ​​over 1,500 square meters and should resemble a seaside dune, which is how the building got its name.

Like in Hollywood

The unique project of the Poles won the European Property Awards 2023–2024 in the Family Residences category. In addition, the villa is competing for the prize in the category of the most beautiful building in Europe, which is awarded as part of the International Property Awards.

The villa on the river Narew reminds many of the Hollywood mansions. As the server zoomed Well.plit includes two swimming pools, two heliports, but also a 300-meter running track.

And despite the fact that the building has up to 1,500 square meters, it is difficult to see from the access road, which was also the intention of the project author.

And how much did this villa actually cost? The architectural studio is not authorized to publish this information, and the public will not find out that way.
