3- All members of said list must have previously been subject to a reasonable risk analysis, which will include, at least, (i) a medical examination (physical and psychological) carried out by a specialized physician, who rules out any type of incompatibility; and (ii) an investigation in the family, professional or social environment in order to rule out aggressive or antisocial behaviors, chronic dependencies, etc. will be discarded all those applicants with proven record of violence of any kind in the five years prior to the selection process.
4- The entire selection process of the participants/contestants, as well as the verification of the aforementioned risk analysis, will be conducted by the Producer, being its sole responsibility; as will the collection, treatment and custody of your personal data, committing to the most scrupulous compliance with current regulations. 5- The Production Company undertakes to adopt all measures that are necessary and sufficient for ensure safety and well-being (in the latter case, depending on the characteristics of the program) of the participants/contestants, committing to make available to them adequate assistance for the individual needs of each of them, in addition to medical and psychological assistance when so required or when, in the opinion of the Producer, it is necessary or convenient.
6- The Producer will avoid permanently that the participants/contestants are exposed to any kind of excessive risk or not properly controlled, all depending on the type of program and the limitations or personal characteristics of each participant/contestant.
7- The Producer undertakes to make available to the participants/contestants who require it psychological support for at least two months after the completion of the program.
Section 3 – Prohibited and reprehensible behaviors
8- The Producer expressly proscribe and prevent or stopwith all the means at its disposal, any behavior or manifestation capable of being considered as (i) because of sexual abuse, (ii) bullying, (iii) discriminatory by reason of gender, race, nationality, belief or religion, (iv) drug use, (v) physical or verbal violence; (vi) immoderate consumption of alcohol and the use of images of the contestants/participants under its influence, and (vii) any other that deserves general disapproval.
9- The Producer undertakes to have a human team sufficient in number and preparation that, divided into at least two shifts (daily and night) and equipped with the necessary technological infrastructure, can make a continuous and precise monitoring of the participants/contestants in order to (i) comply with the welfare and assistance recommendations, and (ii) detect any prohibited or reprehensible behavior and react immediately before it to avoid or tackle it. With this objective, the Production Company undertakes to keep an action protocol updated that (i) includes some indicators or descriptors that make it possible to identify and classify clearly the prohibited or reprehensible behaviors, and (ii) the procedure to be followed in each case is specified. Those ultimately responsible for this protocol may not be part of the editorial team.
10- The Producer will immediately inform Mediaset of any incident that occurs in relation to the health of the participants/contestants or any prohibited or reprehensible behavior; all this without prejudice to the fact that the behavior in question must be brought to the attention of the competent authorities, when appropriate.
