Experiences for all the senses
The Fazer Visitor Center, awaited by gourmets, opened to visitors in 2016 to celebrate its 125th anniversary. The modern visitor center built at Fazerila in Vantaa offers both a sweet and educational experience.
The largest customer group in Fazer’s visitor center is schoolchildren, but the experience is suitable for all ages. Guided tours include getting to know the operation of the grain mill and the production of the legendary Fazer blue chocolate, making a virtual factory tour, putting your own nutritional information to the test and getting to know the raw materials used by the company.
The visitor center has about 20 works of art showcasing Fazer’s activities. Instead of traditional lectures and information boards, visitors are trained through works. The newcomer is greeted by a winter garden right in front of the door, where, among other things, real cocoa wood and many other raw materials used by the factory grow.
In addition to the educational destinations, the candy forest is guaranteed to be a favorite for families with children, where you can experience Fazer’s sweets guided by familiar characters and pick up familiar sweets for tasting.
The exhibition at the Fazer Visitor Center can be visited with a guided tour lasting one hour. The visitor center is open from Monday to Sunday. There is also a shop and a café, which can be visited free of charge.
