A 61-year-old man, positive for coronavirus, was found dead in a parking next to the Santa María del Rosell Hospital in Cartagena, Murcia. When the emergency services went to attend to him, they could do nothing for him. The body has been transferred to the forensic anatomy for an autopsy.
