There was an earthquake at dawn on Tuesday near Nagykanizsa, the Kövesligethy Radó Seismological Observatory told MTI.

It was written that the earthquake occurred at 4.12 in the morning, its strength was 2.6 on the Richter scale.

The earthquake was also felt by the population. No damage was reported to the observatory.
