There is already a 130-horsepower hybrid Yaris – Auto-Motor

In Europe, Toyota launched the current version of the Yaris small car 3 years ago, which still has to wait for the actual model update, but they have improved it a little in the meantime. The most important change is that the Hybrid 130 (130 HP/185 Nm) self-charging hybrid drive will be added to the existing Hybrid 115 (116 HP/141 Nm); the MC2 electric motor has 30% more torque than before.

With the more powerful engine, the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h improves by half a second to 9.2 seconds, and the acceleration from 80 to 120 km/h also improves, which takes 7.5 seconds on gas. Only CO2 emissions increase so minimally that the standard consumption does not even change. In addition to the new drivetrain, the 5-spoke light-alloy rims with a turned surface and 17-inch strap diameter represent the change, and the Premiere Edition has a new Neptun blue/black color combination, with decorative stitching made with blue thread.

In the new model year, the Yaris will already receive a head unit with voice control that can even understand Hungarian, 5 phones (and their users) can be authorized to use the car through the MyT application. The number and knowledge of driver support systems offered in the T-Mate package have been expanded. The GR Sport trim comes with the Hybrid 130 drive as standard, which will be offered as base price in some markets and for a premium in some markets for high trim.
