The sin of General Ciuca

Forced by profession, I kept an eye on the last government meetings. I didn’t quite understand why they were fighting, as if Romania were in a terrible war.

Well, let’s just say this pandemic is speeding him up !?

I did not understand much about the congestion of government meetings and the decisions taken. Maybe because there was no communication in this regard, despite the fact that Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca went “on the ramp” every time and read something. A press release, a statement, an opinion, God knows what. With a (medical!) Mask on his face, almost suffocated, his voice muffled, trembling with emotion, like a raccoon at the report, Nicolae Ciucă thinks he is talking to the Romanian people. Something more unconvincing is not possible!

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca reads poorly. Stumbled, stuttered, confused. If the famous introductory speeches had been made like this, no one would have understood what was coming. We won or we capitulated!

I want to say that General Nicolae Ciuca is not suitable for historical statements, nor for the usual communications of the Romanian government.

Unfortunately, in Romanian politics, everything has become unprofessional. More precisely, it has become popular and, in some places, even “mahalagized”. There are no more press statements, press conferences, spokespersons and rules of conduct in relations with the media. From the time of Victor Ponta, a narcissist to the need for psychiatric consultations, the prime ministers of Romania and even the president have been their own bearers.

I even got into the situation that a cartoon like Rareș Bogdan could go crazy at will, to come and charge nonsense and bullshit about his life and his gifts, and the televisions, instead of ignoring him or making fun of them, broadcasts.

Do you know what that means? Pure narcissism and lack of seriousness, professionalism and rules at the institutions where he works. These people were struck by the disease of seeing (probably for wives!) And the pleasure of talking to themselves. I don’t use spokespersons anymore. He strokes to appear and go to the press wherever he is, in the field, in parliament, on the elevator, on the road, at the gate of the institutions, when getting out of the car. I only make statements in the toilet. I’m more like the footballers at the end of the match!

I am ready to believe that even when they arrive home, late in the evening, if someone is found to put a microphone in front of Klaus Iohannis, Ciolacu, Ponta or Cioloș, even Nicolae Ciucă, they all start making statements without being ask. Like Pavlov’s dogs when the light came on.

Well, in this respect, the bubbling and incoherent Florin Vasilică Cîțu has a successor and a competitor. General (r) Nicolae Ciuca. The man has taken up the habit left in the halls of Victoria Palace and goes out to the room alone without knowing why.

He reads what his subordinates wrote to him and does not know how to do it. It is simply devoid of reading exercise. Every politician, but especially every politician, hides a failed actor. In Nicolae Ciuca there is only one forbidden one.

If General Nicolae Ciucă also communicated in this way on the front, surely the war would go to the Devil.
