BANJA LUKA – The Government of the RS will pay taxes and contributions on salaries to employees in the field of passenger road traffic for the period August 1 – December 31, 2020.

At today’s session, the Government of the RS passed the Decree on the procedure for allocating funds to economic entities in the field of transport of persons in road traffic for repairing the financial loss due to the consequences of the corona virus pandemic.
The goal, they say, is to provide financial support for maintaining the liquidity of economic entities that have a financial loss due to the consequences of the pandemic. The procedure for allocating funds is carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
“Taxes and contributions on salary will be paid to the business entity for each full-time employee or entrepreneur who is not a taxpayer on the basis of employment or a beneficiary of the right to a pension, in accordance with the regulations governing the area of contributions and income tax for the period from 1 August to 31 December 2020 ”, it is stated in the announcement.
