This year, the Christmas greeting of the Sant Joan de Déu de Martorell Hospital Foundation (FHSJDM) is a star that wants to fill every home with light. And as has been the tradition since 2015, an illustration created by the users of the Arc de Sant Martí de Martorell Foundation has been selected from different proposals, all of them full of creativity.
The drawings were created in the occupational therapy art workshop of the Arc de Sant Fundació Foundation Day Center and have the theme of the Christmas festivities.
The Foundation was created as an initiative of the Association for the Decreased Rainbow, taking advantage of the entity’s experience in the sector and the study and research carried out on the population of the area where it offers its services.
The organization promotes and encourages the prevention, education, vocational training, employment, leisure, residential care and health, cultural and social care of people with intellectual disabilities. And it supports families with a team of professionals who provide individual attention to users.
In addition, it acts as an information point to provide advice and seek resources and solutions that bring maximum normalization to the lives of these people.
