Emil S. also concluded agreements transferring copyrights and shares in the profits from film productions” – she said.

“The allegations also concern misappropriation of property totaling around 8.5 million to the detriment of 44 aggrieved investors who financed film productions,” the prosecutor said.

Dorota R.-S. for the alleged act he faces up to 5 years in prison, and Emil S. up to 10 years in prison.
