The PRICES of all primary products continue to fall | Product exchange

For the third week in a row, wheat occupies the primary place in trading on the commodity market. The drop in prices is still present in all primary agricultural products. A total of 3,980 tons of goods were traded through the Product Exchange, which represents a growth of 38.48% compared to the previous week. The financial value of turnover during the week amounted to RSD 117,364,500.00.

WHEAT

As in the previous week, wheat was again the most traded agricultural crop. Considering the anticipation of information regarding the developments in the corridor, weaker activity on the wheat market is noticeable. The demand is still mostly focused on wheat with a weaker protein, while the offer mostly consisted of wheat with higher quality parameters.

Exchange contracts for wheat were concluded in the price range from 21.60 to 24.50 din/kg without VAT. Weighted price is 22.25 din/kg without VAT (24.47 din/kg with VAT). Compared to the previous week, the price of wheat recorded a drop of 0.38%.

CORN

On the corn market throughout the week there was increased activity on the supply side, while the demand was weak, only to be completely absent at the end of the week. Depending on the quality and parity of sales, corn was traded in the price range from 22.00 to 22.80 dinars/kg without VAT. Weighted price is 22.44 din/kg without VAT (24.68 din/kg with VAT). Compared to seven days earlier, there was a price change of -1.31%.

At the beginning of the week, smaller quantities and wetter corn up to 16% moisture were traded at a price level of 21.50 din/kg without VAT (23.65 din/kg with VAT).

MILITARY

Unlike the previous week, when the soybean market was quite calm, this week saw the conclusion of several stock contracts. However, the activity was not great on the supply side. When it comes to demand, the market was somewhat more active at the beginning of the week, only to come to rest on the last working days of the week. Soybean was traded in the price range from 56.50 to 57.00 din/kg without VAT with quality calculation, and the price weight was 56.90 din/kg without VAT (62.60 din/kg with VAT ohm). Compared to the previous week, the soybean market recorded a price drop of 0.17%.

FORAGE BARLEY

Feed barley with a hectoliter of 56 kg was traded at a price of 21.60 din/kg without VAT (or 23.76 din/kg with VAT)
