jogja.jpnn.comYOGYAKARTA – Honorary teachers who have passed the selection of government employees with work agreements (PPPK) from recruitment stages 1 and 2 continue to look forward to when they will be appointed or given a Decree (SK) from the local government.

To date, efforts to appoint 293,860 PPPK are still slow, as evidenced by the large number of local governments that have not issued SK to honorary teachers.

According to the Head of the DPP for the Indonesian Non-Category Two Honorary Forum (FHNK2I) Raden Sutopo Yuwono, the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) is trying to speed up the process of determining the NIP for PPPK, but it is not balanced with local governments in issuing decrees.

“I am really embarrassed by this condition. I see that the center has tried its best, unfortunately the local government has not followed suit,” said Sutopo to JPNN.comSunday (24/4).

Based on the reports he received, said Sutopo, there were still many teacher PPPK candidates who had not signed work contracts.

Even if someone has signed the contract, the PPPK Decree has not been given. Ironically, those who have received their NIP and SK, even though the date of the Order to Run the Tasks (SPMT) is above May.

“There are friends who inform them that they will get the SK and SPMT on July 1. Masyaallah,” said Sutopo.

He is worried that the local government’s attitude will make the good name of President Joko Widodo, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Mendikbudristek) Nadiem Makarim, and the Director General of Teacher Education Personnel (GTK) Kemendikbudristek Iwan Syahril bad in the eyes of the teachers because they are considered liars.

The head of the DPP FHNK2I, Raden Sutopo Yuwono, admitted that he was embarrassed by the slow process of appointing prospective teacher PPPK. The good name of the president and the Minister of Education and Culture is at stake.
