The new tenant of the Hungária Office Park will occupy its headquarters from autumn 2023

A WING A new major tech company, Lightware Zrt., will move into the Hungária Office Park (HOP) under development in the fall of 2023. The headquarters is about 7,000 square meters, which WING will completely renovate in accordance with the needs of the 21st century and the special needs of the tenant.

Another major tech player decided in favor of the Hungária Office Park (HOP) developed by WING. From the fall of 2023, Lightware Zrt. will occupy its new 7,000-square-meter headquarters in the park, which WING will completely renovate and modernize according to the needs of the 21st century, tailored to the tenant’s special needs.

The dominant real estate development group of the Central European real estate market, WING, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Lightware for a 7,000 square meter building in the Hungária Office Park, which will be occupied in two phases, in the fall of 2023 and then in the beginning of 2025. Lightware’s new, category “A” headquarters will be located in building number 7 of the office park, at the corner of Semsey Andor utca – Gizella út, and in addition to the standard office functions, the building will have an engineering level where the company’s products are developed, and a a logistics base from which shipments will be made to all parts of the world.

During the lease, WING was represented by the agency Eston International.

With the leasing, the occupancy level of the complex increased to almost 100%, and thanks to the development, the quality of the building stock will also improve. This is also the basis for the further development of the Hungária Office Park with new buildings” – said Gábor Angel, deputy general manager responsible for offices at WING Zrt.

When choosing, we also kept in mind the possibility of further expansion, because our company is developing very dynamically, the number of employees has doubled in the last 2 years, so the possibility of expanding the number of workstations was also an important aspect when choosing the new headquarters. Well-known companies operating mainly in the technology sector, such as Siemens, TÜV Rheinland, and TK Elevator, have already operated in the Hungária Office Park. Lightware is now joining this illustrious community that plays a decisive role in the sector. The company, which primarily deals with audio-visual technology and develops and manufactures high-quality data transmission devices, further strengthens the Park’s range of tenants with innovative, high-added-value production and highly skilled workforce with its size and global manufacturing operations. The property’s exceptional feature is that it can simultaneously provide technology and an office environment in downtown Budapest, which is why the developer WING will pay special attention in the future to HOP being able to serve all the needs of this type of tenant.
