The dominant real estate development group of the Central European real estate market, WING, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Lightware for a 7,000 square meter building in the Hungária Office Park, which will be occupied in two phases, in the fall of 2023 and then in the beginning of 2025. Lightware’s new, category “A” headquarters will be located in building number 7 of the office park, at the corner of Semsey Andor utca – Gizella út, and in addition to the standard office functions, the building will have an engineering level where the company’s products are developed, and a a logistics base from which shipments will be made to all parts of the world.
