An Oppo smartphone from the K9 family appeared at TENAA last week, with leaksters in China claiming that the new device will be called the Oppo K9x.
The device looks like the Realme Q3, but internally it is completely different, having a Dimensity 900 chipset.
The OppoK9x is said to go on sale on December 12 with three memory variants and affordable prices.
Most of the spec sheet had already been revealed on the TENAA – 6.5 ”LCD. The device has Full HD + resolution and 16 MP selfie camera. The leakster claims that the panel will support a refresh rate of 120 Hz, while the sensor for the front camera will be a Sony IMX471.
The main 64 MP snapper will have an OmniVision OM64B sensor with a pixel size of 0.7 μm and a size of 1 / 1.97 ″. The 5,000 mAh battery will be charged via the USB-C port and Oppo will charge 30W VOOC 4.0 fast.
At the same time, the Oppo K9x reportedly loses its NFC and IR port, limiting the phone’s options for use as a digital wallet and all-in-one remote control.
The retail price for the 6/128 GB K9x is 1,499 CNY, while the 8/128 GB version is 1,699 CNY. With dual storage but 8 GB RAM will be sold 1,899 CNY.
