Prague – The tenth annual Prague Harley Days will start today at the Prague Exhibition Center and will last until Sunday. Hundreds of fans of iconic American-made Harley-Davidson motorcycles will gather at the event. A ride through the center of Prague is planned for Saturday, and according to the organizers, about 800 motorcycles will participate. The meeting will also be used by the Czech army, which will present its equipment and set up a recruitment stand. The motorcycle rally is traditionally associated with the Burgerfest festival.

On Saturday, the motorcycles will leave from Výstaviště towards the center of Prague. They will pass through Veletržní and Bubenská streets, then head to Hlávkův bridge, then continue along the highway, from where they will cross to Wenceslas Square. A stop is planned there. From Wenceslas Square, they will continue along Sokolská and Žitná streets to Karlovo náměstí and then along the Masaryk embankment and over the Čechův bridge back to the Exhibition Center.

According to the organizers, the ride is intended not only for owners of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, but for riders of all brands, including scooters. All of them can participate by picking up a special tape at the information stand of the Prague Harley Days event until Friday evening.

From today until Sunday, the Czech armed forces will also join the event. The army plans to display both current and historical equipment. The Pandur infantry fighting vehicle, the DANA self-propelled howitzer, the Kajman combat vehicle or the RBS-70 anti-aircraft missile system will need to be seen. Castle Guard motorcycles will also arrive. Historic equipment will be represented by a 1960 German Maico military motorcycle, a 1984 British Armstrong military motorcycle and a 1963 Italian Moto Guzzi military mountain bike.
