The low cut, which caused many body complications at the beginning of the millennium, returns to Peru

Not many scandalous trends make their way back to our wardrobe, this is because mistakes are not repeated twice and because we prefer to learn from past experience. And yet, there are fashion trends that surprisingly get another chance to recreate the dubious glory days.

Such is the “micro-mini” – the low-cut trend that caused us to commit suicide on a narrow waist at the beginning of the millennium, and is now making its way back to the front. This is happening, of course, under the auspices of the big fashion houses, which are also followed by fashion chains.

There is a lot of talk about the problematic sector, which brings with it a lot of complexes when it comes to body image. This of course did not prevent many of us from aligning with the beauty ideal, which requires stocking up on low-cut pants and skirts.

This important social debate does not bother the super-designers and fashion brands, who make sure to incorporate a variety of items at Dead Sea level in the new collections. For example, at a show by Miu Miu, the little sister of the Prada fashion house, the models walked the runway in countless short models in low cuts.

The Mason Margiala fashion house also designed pants models in this cut, and Alexander Wong offers, among other things, low-cut jeans, the kind that Britney and Christina wore in clips at the beginning of the millennium.

Let’s face it, this is a super-challenging cut that will allow the squeamish to work overtime on Facebook posts and influencers and network stars on the filters and Photoshop on Instagram. Rest assured that this will not change the fact that we will soon be in line with the hot trend on duty, which comes on days when temperatures drop below, just like the cut itself. 
