“The witness (Siman Bahar) attended and studied his knowledge related to the collaboration between PT Antam and the witness company in processing metal anodes,” said Ali.

Director of PT Loco Montrado Siman Bahar has been named a suspect by the KPK. However, Siman has filed a pretrial lawsuit against the status of the suspect in this case.

Siman Bahar confirmed that there had been several meetings with the suspected former Antam official.
