Eilat recovers with a tourist attraction from Lego, in an exhibition that opens today (Wednesday) and is displayed in the terminal complex
After the B & Bs and hotels opened for domestic tourism, the most successful Lego museum in the world also arrives in Eilat with the “Kingdom of the Dinosaurs”, in an exhibition that opens today (Wednesday) and will be displayed between 24.2 and 31.5 in the terminal complex (old airport) in Eilat. The Lego exhibition “Kingdom of the Dinosaurs” is coming to Eilat for the first time in preparation for Purim, following the instructions of the purple character, when visitors will be asked to measure body temperature at the entrance, wear a mask, register on attendance form upon entering the complex and keep a distance of 2 meters. For the benefit of visitors, hand sanitization stations have been set up throughout the compound. As mentioned, the exhibition is located in the terminal complex, which is an indoor and air-conditioned complex, with ample parking and spread over about 5,000 square meters.
This is the most popular dinosaur exhibit in the world, consisting of over ten million Lego blocks, which make the dinosaurs come to life in full size. The exhibition features over fifty different dinosaur exhibits, in a space designed as a tropical forest, with an original soundtrack simulating a dream jungle experience in the background. Last year, the Lego exhibition “the art of the brick”, which was presented in Holon, attracted more than 150,000 Israelis who came in family groups and experienced a quality and breathtaking experience.
This year, in addition to the international exhibition, ten different complexes were established in the terminal, which will include all the well-known and beloved Lego brands: Lego Ninjago, Lego Companies, Lego Star Wars, Lego City, Lego Architecture, Lego Minecraft, Lego Duplo, exclusive cinema with beloved Lego series , An X-Games complex, simulators for children around the Lego world, and lots of other complexes invested for the whole family. In addition, next to the exhibition, a Lego area for toddlers was set up, a Lego series screening complex and the largest Lego graffiti wall in Israel.
