The share of mortgaged sales in total housing sales was 20.2 percent. Mortgaged house sales in the January-September period, on the other hand, decreased by 64.3 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and became 181,855.

As a result of other sales types, 117 thousand 384 houses changed hands.

Other house sales in Turkey increased by 16.0 percent in September compared to the same month of the previous year and became 117 thousand 384. The share of other sales in total house sales was 79.8 percent. Other house sales in the January-September period amounted to 767 thousand 283 with an increase of 17.6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
