”The City Hall of Sector 1 makes available for the first time to the citizens the invoices paid by the current administration to the company Romprest Service, based on the contract for delegating the management of the sanitation services.
These are 13 invoices issued between November 16, 2020 – May 25, 2021 for services of collection, transport and sorting / treatment / storage of waste from the population and public institutions subordinated to the City Hall of Sector 1. The total value of their invoices is 23.7 millions of lei.
“There are bills that we have paid since I took office as mayor of Sector 1 and until now. Whoever says otherwise is clearly lying. It is the first time in the last 20 years that the mayor decides “We have nothing to hide, citizens need to know where public money is going,” said Mayor Clotilde Armand.
”COMPANIA ROMPREST SERVICE SA makes available to the citizens the unpaid invoices, in total number of 21 invoices issued between July 2020 – March 2021, for services provided and confirmed for the street sanitation – public road cleaning operations, including values representing the performance of sorting operators -treatment-disposal by storage (colored with yellow in centralizers) for waste from uncontrolled landfills (colored with green, respectively the value of collection and transport services of this waste from uncontrolled landfills, quantities of “garbage” that were confirmed by delivery to stations / deposit, as well as the invoices for the snow removal activity, in total amount of 116,502,001.77 lei The oldest invoices related to the benefits from 2020 register delays in payment of over 200 days, which means delay penalties for the balance due of over 12 million lei.
For a correct information on the contractual obligations in force, as well as to present to the public, correctly and completely, the object of the contract for delegating the management of sanitation services within the territorial area of Sector 1 of Bucharest, we present in facsimile extract from the contract on the obligations of the Contracting Authority ”.
