The forint weakened against major currencies on the international interbank foreign exchange market on Friday.

The euro circulated at HUF 358.70 at seven o’clock in the evening, the exchange rate of the common European currency increased by 40 pence compared to HUF 358.30 in the morning. In daily trading, the euro quoted in the range of HUF 357.81 to HUF 359.53, writes MTI.

The dollar had to be given HUF 295.40 at seven in the morning and HUF 295.83 in the evening.

The exchange rate of the Swiss franc rose from HUF 331.78 in the morning to HUF 331.85 in the evening.

The euro traded at $ 1.2127 at seven o’clock in the evening, weakening 0.01 percent from Thursday’s close. During daily trading, the exchange rate fluctuated in the range of $ 1.2082 to $ 1.2135.

Compared to the Swiss franc, the common European currency strengthened by 0.17 percent to 1.0809 francs.

They gave 0.8914 francs for a dollar, 0.15 percent more expensive in U.S. currency. The dollar strengthened 0.20 percent against the yen, quoting 104.93 yen on Friday night.
