The week after us, on the Product Exchange, was marked by the first requests for the new crop wheat and barleyas well as the announcement of the Republic Directorate for Commodity Reserves
purchases up to 50,000 tons commercial wheat crop in 2022.

WHEAT

In comparison to the previous week, when wheat recorded the primacy in trading, this week the share of wheat in the total turnover was significantly lower. If we exclude the bidders who applied for the sale of goods to the Directorate, the supply of bread grain on the market was significantly lower than in the previous period.

At the beginning of the week, wheat was sold at 25.50 din/kg without VAT, and at the end of the week the price was 23.50 din/kg without VAT. The weighted price is 24.50 din/kg without VAT (26.95 din/kg with VAT), which is a decrease of 6.68% compared to last week.

The exchange contract for wheat at the CPT onion parity was concluded at a price of 25.30 dinars/kg without VAT. During the week, demand was expressed for wheat of the new crop, at a price of 21.70 dinars/kg without VAT, but due to the absence of an offer, the contract was not concluded.

CORN

Statistically, corn was traded the most. On the demand side, traders and exporters showed the most interest, while the interest of domestic processors was not emphasized. Corn was traded in the price range from 22.00 to 24.00 din/kg without VAT, with a clear downward price trend during the week. The weighted price is 22.75 din/kg without VAT ( 25.02 din/kg with VAT[1]om), which is a decrease of 12.48% compared to last week.

MILITARY

Soybeans were traded at the beginning of the week at a single price of 62.50 din/kg without VAT (68.75 din/kg without VAT), with the calculation of quality, which also represents the weighted price. During the week, the activity of participants on both sides was weak, and the price spread of supply and demand additionally affected the volume of traffic.

FORAGE BARLEY

When it comes to feed barley, the offer of larger quantities was constantly present on the market. On the other hand, there were almost no customers. Only 25 tons of barley were traded, with a hectoliter of 60 kg, the price of which was 26.00 din/kg without VAT.

SUNFLOWER

Among other goods, we note the trading of sunflower meal with 33% protein
per 38.30 din/kg without VAT.

Prices of all primary agricultural products continue to fall on the market. The turnover level is lower compared to last week and amounted to 2,075 tons of goods.

The financial value was RSD 59,038,750.00, 17.16% less than seven days earlier.
