The facelifted Hyundai Tucson was spotted for the first time

For the Hyundai Tucson it’s time for a makeover. Our photographers have spotted it on the road hidden under lots of camouflage and while it’s hard to see how it will change, up front it looks like the grille will get a new design.

The first spy photos

Looking at the spy photos it seems that there are no obvious revisions to the optical groups, after all the grille that integrates the LED Parametric Hidden Lights is an important signature for the Tucson. The shape of the bonnet also remains uncertain, as does the profile.

Here, too, it is difficult to understand how the facelifted Tucson will be, because the development team he covered carefully the doors and the tailgate.

Likewise, the heavy camouflage makes changes in the camera very difficult to see rear. Here the lights are not visible enough to tell if there are any design changes. However, it is interesting to note that the exhaust pipes have a rectangular outlet and a trapezoidal opening.

The Hyundai Tucson, we recall, has been one of the most successful models among compact SUVs since its debut in 2004. On board it offers space for up to 5 occupants and the trunk reaches a maximum of 616 liters.

The engine range includes both petrol and diesel, all largely electrified 1.6 turbos with 48V mild hybrid systems (MHEV). In addition there are true hybrids, a full hybrid and a plug-in hybrid with rechargeable battery.
