the events open on weekends on 11 and 12 September

Unusual, in this September Design Week, there is not only the month. Also the dates (5-10 September) and the agenda of the Fuorisalone 2021 events for the weekend they followed a different schedule than usual. In fact, the spaces are usually accessible to the press in the first days of the week, and then open to everyone, until they are invaded by design lovers at the weekend. This year, however, most of the openings were concentrated on the weekend of 4-5 September and will close on Friday 10th.

An aspect that could mess up the plans of those who planned Saturday 11 e Sunday 12 September around Milan among the most beautiful installations and the most interesting exhibitions.

But all is not lost during the weekend, or rather, not everything is closed: as usual they are there appointments which continue, as obviously the exhibitions in the locations that have historically been dedicated to design by the Triennale or the Rossana Orlandi gallery, but there are also many locations set up for the occasion as Morando Palace with the exhibition of objects between craftsmanship and design Double Signature or the Alcova contemporary design collective.

Surely, then, among the windows of Montenapoleone and around San Babila, in via Durini and in Corso Monforte in particular, you will find this week’s signs of design, or even gigantic murals like the one of Maurizio Cattelan at the Cozzi swimming pool: all traces of a Design Week that, after a long wait, we will hardly forget.
