As work is now truly limitless – 66% of employees expect to be able to work from different locations even after the crisis – workers expect a new office experience that is safe, productive and seamless, meeting both their personal and professional needs. The JLL study highlights four employee profiles that predict that the future of work will be radically different. A traditional office worker wants to work exclusively in the office; the free spirit wants to break free from the traditional office environment; the experience lover enjoys the company of people, social experiences; and for the wellness addict, work-life balance is a priority. These types of workers need to be central, as employers need to strive to create a truly employee-centered workplace that incorporates the different preferences of employees.

“Many employers are starting to accept that their company will never work the way it did before the crisis.
